🔒 Every member commits to protect each other. Live session confidentiality is a mutual commitment.
🔒 You control what you share in group settings. We never require you to disclose proprietary information.
🔒 Third-party AI tools on your device are your responsibility. Our protections cover the MVP ecosystem. What you do on your own computer is outside our control.
Your IGNIS Protocol & OrO VIP Data
When you complete the IGNIS Protocol onboarding, you share strategic business information with OrO VIP. That data is used for one purpose: to serve you. Here is what that means in practice:
Data Isolation: No other member has access to, visibility into, or knowledge of your AI Data, IGNIS responses, or OrO VIP interactions.
No Cross-Pollination: Your data is not used to train, inform, or influence OrO VIP responses to any other member.
Restricted Internal Access: Only authorized personnel can access your data, and only for platform maintenance or direct member support.
Deletion Rights: You can request deletion of your AI Data at any time by contacting [email protected].

This is the acknowledgment presented during IGNIS Protocol onboarding and MVP signup:
AI DATA PRIVACY ACKNOWLEDGMENT: I understand that the IGNIS Protocol onboarding and OrO VIP advisory interactions collect my business information to create a personalized strategic profile and provide tailored guidance within the MVP platform. This data is private to me and is not shared with, visible to, or accessible by other Members. I acknowledge that when I use third-party AI tools on my own devices in conjunction with MVP methodologies, that activity occurs outside the MVP ecosystem, and The Magnum Vault LLC has no control over or liability for how third-party tools handle my data. One-on-One Calls with Anric & Lauralouise
Any proprietary business information, trade secrets, strategies, technologies, or other confidential materials you share during private consultations are treated as strictly confidential.
We will not disclose, share, reference, or use that information outside of your private consultation without your express written consent. This obligation is absolute and is not subject to any exception other than as required by law.
Live Session Confidentiality
Live sessions, hot seats, and group calls involve information shared by fellow members. Every member makes a commitment to one another:
Mutual Commitment: Every participant agrees to treat information shared by other members as confidential and will not disclose it outside the MVP community.
No Competitive Use: Members will not use information shared by other members for competitive purposes or to the detriment of any fellow member.
No Unauthorized Capture: Members will not record, screen-capture, or otherwise capture any portion of live sessions.
You Control Your Disclosure: Participation is voluntary. You decide what to share. We never require, solicit, or compel the disclosure of proprietary information in any group setting.
Live Session Entry Agreement
This is the acknowledgment presented before entering each MVP live session:
LIVE SESSION AGREEMENT: By entering this session, I agree to treat all information shared by fellow Members as confidential and will not disclose it outside the MVP community. I consent to this session being recorded by The Magnum Vault LLC. I will not record, screen-capture, or otherwise capture this session. I understand that I control what I share in this group environment and accept responsibility for my own disclosures. I acknowledge that any third-party AI or transcription tools I use on my own device are outside The Magnum Vault LLC's control, and I am solely responsible for information those tools capture. Third-Party AI Tools on Your Device
The MVP platform and methodologies are designed to be used alongside AI tools you access on your own computer and devices. When you input information into third-party AI assistants, language models, or other software on your own device, that activity happens entirely outside the MVP ecosystem.
Our agreement covers data within the MVP ecosystem only.
We make no representations or guarantees about the privacy, security, or data handling practices of third-party AI tools you choose to use on your own device.
You are responsible for evaluating the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party tool, determining what information to input, and implementing your own security measures on your own devices and accounts.
Key Membership Terms
Founding Member Rate: Locked for life as long as your membership stays in continuous good standing (payments current, no chargebacks, no lapse).
12-Month Commitment: Installment plans are a contractual 12-month obligation. Early cancellation does not eliminate the remaining balance.
Auto-Renewal: Memberships renew automatically. You'll be notified 14 days before renewal. Cancel anytime before your renewal date.
Vault Evolution: Programs, tools, and content may be added, updated, or retired. The vault is a living, growing ecosystem.
IP Protection: Personal use of frameworks in your business is encouraged. Teaching, reselling, or commercializing the methodologies requires written authorization.
No Guaranteed Results: The MVP provides education, tools, and advisory resources. Results depend on your effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
